Aldente presents an extensive menu of beef, veal, pasta and fresh seafood entrees for lunch and dinner in a casual atmosphere. Everything is homemade with the freshest of ingredients beginning with flavorful antipasti, salads and a variety of soups. Your pasta course features an incredible array of sauces with a Tuscan flair, and entrees are carefully prepared and beautifully presented with nightly specials to augment menu items. There are homemade desserts to tempt you, with an espresso, cappuccino or cafe latte for the perfect finale.
A cozy patio with twinkling lights is great for people-watching. Everything is homemade with the freshest of ingredients beginning with flavorful antipasti, salads and a variety of soups. Your pasta course features an incredible array of sauces with a Tuscan flair, such as a simple Aglio e Olio – fresh garlic and olive oil – to the succulent Frutti di Mare – calamari, shrimp, clams and mussels in tomato sauce, or Quatro Formaggi, a four-cheese sauce to die for! Entrées are carefully prepared and beautifully presented with nightly specials to augment menu items, such as Pollo Funghi – chicken breast sautéed with fresh mushrooms, Bistecca di Manzo – grilled steak, or Gamberone Griglia – jumbo shrimp on grill.
