Altez Vacations will send you arrival instructions within one week prior to your arrival date. The arrival instructions will include directions to the property, as well as instructions on accessing the property. I Need to Cancel My Reservation

In the event of a cancellation, all reservations are guaranteed a full refund minus $100 for banking and processing fee's outside of the cancellation date agreed upon in your rental agreement.
