How Do I Access The Vacation Rental?

Altez Vacations will send you arrival instructions within one week prior to your arrival date. The arrival instructions will include directions to the property, as well as instructions on accessing the property. I Need to Cancel My Reservation

In the event of a cancellation, all reservations are guaranteed a full refund minus $100 for banking and processing fee's outside of the cancellation date agreed upon in your rental agreement. How Do I Complete My Payment?

Please complete all reservation payments through the Altez Vacations website. Altez Vacations uses secure network encryption to ensure your personal information is kept safe at all times.
