Pet Policy 

Allison Drive is dog-friendly for one dog up to 45 lbs. A pet fee of $35 per night plus tax will be added to your reservation. A flat rate of $300/month is available for monthly rentals. Guests with pets must sign the Pet Waiver.

**Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at the time of booking. 

 

Cancellation Policy 

 

Short-term reservations of 14 nights or less may be canceled and refunded fully up to 30 days prior to the check-in date. 

 

Reservations canceled 29 – 14 days prior to the check-in date are refundable up to 50% of the total reservation amount. 

 

Reservations canceled 13 days prior to the check-in date or less are non-refundable. 

 

 

Long-term Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled and refunded fully up to 90 days prior to the check-in date. 

 

Reservations canceled 89 – 45 days prior to the check-in date are refundable up to 50% of the total reservation amount. 

 

Reservations canceled 44 days or less prior to check-in date are non-refundable.
