From the beaches of Siesta Key, fishing in the inter-coastal waterway, and the nightlife of Downtown Sarasota and St. Armand’s Circle.

The Coastal Beauty features large living areas, a fully stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms to sleep up-to 8 guests, and 2 newly renovated full bathrooms. The homeowners have lovingly decorated and maintained the beauty of the home to include high end furnishings and decor to ensure the comfort of each of our guests. Enjoy the Florida heat in our fully enclosed private back yard with outdoor dining seating underneath a canopy of trees and lights, including a grill and a private hot tub fit for 2.

The Coastal Beauty is located 1 block away from shops and restaurants making it possible to never have to use your car. The Coastal Beauty does include 4 beach bikes to help you get down to the beaches without needing to worry about parking. Witness the miraculous Florida sunsets at Nora Patterson Park on the Inter-Coastal Water Way located just 3 blocks from the home. The Coastal Beauty is home that you do not want to miss.

**Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at the time of booking.

**Reservations of 14 nights or fewer may be canceled and refunded up to 30 days before the start of the stay and will receive a 100% refund minus the $100 and 6% Credit Card Processing Fee. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Bookings canceled within the 14-day window are non-refundable. Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled and refunded up to 90 days prior to the check-in date. Bookings canceled at least 45 days before the check-in date are refundable up to 50%.  Bookings canceled within the 45-day window are non-refundable. Should a refund be issued, a refund check or a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees ($100 plus 6% Credit Card Processing Fee) will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.
