Pet Policy

Here and Now is dog-friendly for one dog up to 50 lbs, with some flexibility upon discussion with the property manager. A dog fee of $35 per night plus tax will be added to your reservation. A flat rate of $300/month is available for monthly rentals. Guests with Pets must sign the Pet Waiver.

**Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

**Reservations of 14 nights or fewer may be canceled and refunded up to 30 days before the start of the stay and will receive a 100% refund minus the $100 and 6% Credit Card Processing Fee. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Bookings canceled within the 14-day window are non-refundable. Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled and refunded up to 90 days prior to the check-in date. Bookings canceled at least 45 days before the check-in date are refundable up to 50%. Bookings canceled within the 45-day window are non-refundable. Should a refund be issued, a refund check or a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees ($100 plus 6% Credit Card Processing Fee) will be issued within 5 to 7 business days
