The Siesta Moorings is a beautiful 1980’s contemporary, adoringly resorted and remodeled. Recently remodeled after the 2024 hurricane season, Siesta Moorings is like stepping into a new home. With a bright, open concept floor plan the home provides a sophisticated lifestyle with modern tropical elegance.

The spacious living areas open through double sliding glass doors to outdoor pool deck, pool and spa. The outdoor spaces feature luscious tropical landscapes with outdoor living spaces, and dining space for 6. The pool and spa are heated during cooler months. The outdoor shower allows for rinsing off after the pool or beach.

Primary Suite

The Primary Suite is spacious with a king size bed, stylish furnishings, and features high ceilings with airy clerestory windows. The bedroom features a large walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom is beautifully decorated with double sinks, a large walk-in shower, and recessed soaker bathtub.

Guest Bedrooms

There are two additional main guest bedrooms, one features a king bed and the other is a queen.  Each bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is an additional optional bedroom with a full-sized murphy bed. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a cozy double bed, quality linens, and tasteful decor. There is an additional full bathroom off of the livingroom accessible for the additional bedroom. These rooms provide a welcoming space for family or friends to unwind and enjoy a restful night’s sleep.

**Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

**Reservations of 14 nights or fewer may be canceled and refunded up to 30 days before the start of the stay and will receive a 100% refund minus the $100 and 6% Credit Card Processing Fee. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Bookings canceled within the 14-day window are non-refundable. Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled and refunded up to 90 days prior to the check-in date. Bookings canceled at least 45 days before the check-in date are refundable up to 50%. Bookings canceled within the 45-day window are non-refundable. Should a refund be issued, a refund check or a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees ($100 plus 6% Credit Card Processing Fee) will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.
