Live hosts over 120 music, family, dance and comedy acts, awards shows, televised productions, convenions and product launches with over 500,000 people passing through the doors annually. Microsoft Theatre is home to the American Music Awards, ESPY’s. Primetime Emmy Awars, BET Awards, People’s Choice Awards, and Radio Disney Music Awards

The box office is open three hours prior to the event through intermission on event days only and is closed on non-event days.

WILL CALL PICK UP

Will Call tickets may be picked up on the day of the event at the Microsoft Theater Box Office only. There is no will call pick up at the STAPLES Center Box Office. The Microsoft Theater box office is open three hours prior to the event. Patrons must present the actual credit card used to place the order and valid photo I.D. Will Call drop off is NOT available for any event.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/UPGRADES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR UPGRADES.

LOST/STOLEN TICKETS

The ticket purchaser is solely responsible for the tickets purchased. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

WHEELCHAIR AND ACCESSIBLE SEATING POLICY

Accessible / disabled seating is available on the Orchestra and Loge levels of the theatre. Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for patrons with accessible needs and their companions. Patrons purchasing accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and three (3) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending on the availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. This policy ensures that we are able to accommodate all those that need accessible seating.

Microsoft Theater is committed to working with patrons on a case-by-case basis to adequately accommodate individual needs. All ticket sales and exchanges are on a first-come/call, first-serve basis and will depend on ticket availability. There is no guarantee that companion tickets will remain unsold and available.

CHILD ADMISSION

In general, children 2 years old and younger are admitted free info Microsoft Theater events provided they sit on an adults lap and do not occupy a seat. Please note that some events may have different age requirements. Please see specific show for more information.

GROUPS

For groups of 10 or more, call 1-877-AEG-Tickets (1-877-234-8425) or visit the Group Tickets page on the Microsoft Theater website. Group tickets are not available for all shows.

PARKING

Purchasing your parking pass along with your tickets in advance is highly recommended. General and accessible parking passes are available for purchase online and at the box office. Designated parking is available for patrons with disabilities. These spaces, including van-accessible spaces, are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate.
