Kara Altice-Montes

Kara Altice-Montes, is a 30-year Hotel Executive with strong leadership & operational expertise. Kara’s career has included working as a Vice President of Operations and Area General Manager for Four & Five Diamond/Star Hotels with leading hospitality brands: Hyatt Hotels, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Viceroy Hotels & Resorts. Kara began purchasing, promoting, and operating her own vacation rental homes in 2011. She quickly merged her expertise and passion for hotel operations, travel, quality, and relationship cultivation with vacation home ownership, and created the concept for Altez Vacations LLC. in 2011. Kara and the Altez Vacations Team have created a new level of service & competency for the vacation home industry. By removing risk, and providing a level of quality and care for guests and vacation owners, Altez Vacations promotes confidence in our products & services, and creates memorable experiences for all. Kara hold a Bachelors of Science in Business from University of Phoenix 2002, and a certification in Hotel Real Estate and Asset Management from Cornell University, 2013. She is also a consultant in the field of Leadership & Hotel Operations/Management.

Sean Altice

As the Co-Owner and COO of Altez Vacations, Sean finds great passion in connecting travelers and guests to the local communities and cultures that make each destination unique. As a frequent traveler, Sean believes that travel is an essential part of the inner growth of one’s self that cleanses the mind, body, and soul. Sharing these experiences with others is fundamental to the mission of Altez Vacations and Sean is excited to share these opportunities with you.

Anthony Langley

Anthony Langley has over 17 years of hotel experience, working his way from a bellman at the Hyatt Regency, to management at the International Hotels Group and The Ritz Carlton.
Anthony’s career has taken him all over the globe, and so he has a firm grasp of what our guests need in order to have the most memorable experience during their vacations. Anthony’s goal is to bring his passion and extensive knowledge of luxury service to the Altez Family, while creating guests for life.

Denise Campbell

Denise is grateful to be a part of the Altez Vacations family. Before relocating to Sarasota, Campbell served at the University of Southern California and the private education sector for almost two decades leading a variety of student centered divisions. Campbell received her advanced degrees from the USC Rossier School of Education and continues to serve as a seasonal producer at Atwater Playhouse and Method Acting School in Los Angeles which she co-founded over a decade ago. She is also a board member of Friends In Deed Pasadena and the WTCIII Survivors Organization. Denise enjoys supporting arts organizations and serving as a Life & Business Coach in her spare time.

Bridgid Billingsley-Jones

Bridgid Billingsley-Jones has been in the industry for the past 15 years focusing on real estate companies with a specialization in hospitality. Her career has spanded several high profile firms including Deloitte and Touché, Viceroy Hotel Group and the Standard Hotel Group. Bridgid recently furthered her hospitality experience by joining Windsor Capital Group as Corporate Controller where she oversees the operations of ten hotels of varying brands such as Hilton and Marriott.
