Altez Vacations will send you arrival instructions within one week prior to your arrival date. The arrival instructions will include directions to the property, as well as instructions on accessing the property. Once inside the property. please see the home Welcome Compendium, that will provide you with all the information you will need for the home and surrounding area.
In the event of a cancellation, all reservations are guaranteed a full refund minus $100 for banking and processing fee's outside of the cancellation date agreed upon in your rental agreement. Reservations cancelled within the cancellation date, reservation date will receive no refund. Altez Vacations pre-stocks all of our homes with the basic supplies and amenities to get your vacation started. Supplies include toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergents, laundry detergent, spices and more.
