      No, the State of Florida does not require a license to provide home watch services.

      What types of services are included in the Concierge services?

      Concierge services are broad in range and tailored to the client’s needs. Examples: package reception, shopping / stocking kitchen and bar, contractor / vendor services coordination, project management etc.

      Are home watch services insured and bonded?

      Are the home watch service employees properly vetted?

      Yes.  All home watch service employees are fully vetted in background and criminal checks.

      Do home watch services operate by annual contracts only?

      Altez Vacations services are offered are offered on Annual and On-Demand contracts.

      What is the standard frequency of home visits by home watch services?

      Altez Vacations standard home watch service is a weekly inspections by your dedicated home watch reporter. We also offer optional bi-weekly services.
