What Altez Vacations Provides
The management and care for the property listed are provided by the property owner. The Guest will be provided with the property owner's personal contact information prior to guest arrival, in the event, the Guest needs assistance during their stay.
Altez Vacations is an acting third-party listing service, that has received explicit permission from the Property Owner to publicly list and sign transient rental agreements on behalf of the Property Owner.
**Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at time of booking.
Cancellations
**Reservations may be canceled and refunded up to 60 days prior to the check-in date. Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the check-in date are refundable up to 100%. Bookings canceled within the 60-day window are non-refundable. Should a refund be issued, a refund check or a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees ($100 plus 6% Credit Card Processing Fee) will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.
