The property features comfortable tropical furnishings seating with plenty of natural light. The entire property is adorned by custom watercolor paintings painted by the homeowner. From the lanai, take in the view of the bay and the pool. Slide open the screens on the lanai and feel the breeze!

The 3rd floor and has an elevator for access. The parking space is right by the elevator. There is a space to set up a home office and strong WIFI to keep you connected. The condo is fully stocked with all of the kitchen supplies, linens and towels, and additional amenities to make yourself at home.

Across the street is your private entrance to enjoy the beautiful sand and water of Longboat Key Beach. Bathrooms and showers are available at this private entrance. The Longboat Key Harbour Condominium is a friendly gated community with 2 beautiful pools, tennis courts, a clubhouse, multiple grills, and multiple shuffleboard spaces. There is also a sauna room to rejuvenate your body as well as an Arts and Crafts room to stimulate your mind.

The Longboat Key Harbour Condominium is located near the center of the island, 2 miles north of the Shoppes of Bay Isles.
