    What Home Supplies Will Be Pre-Stocked Prior To Our Arrival

    Altez Vacations pre-stocks all of our homes with the basic supplies and amenities to get your vacation started.

    Supplies include toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergents, laundry detergent, spices and more.

    How Do I Complete My Payment?

    Please complete all reservation payments through the Altez Vacations website. Altez Vacations uses secure network encryption to ensure your personal information is kept safe at all times. At the time your payment deposit is due, an Altez Vacations team member will send you a secure link to complete the payment process.

    Will Someone Be Available to Assist Me During My Reservation?

    Our Altez Staff and Homeowners are always here to ensure we are providing you the best service and care. From broken or malfunctioning furnishings to general questions and concierge service, Altez Vacations is here to assist and maxamize the experience of your vacation.

    I Need to Cancel My Reservation

    In the event of a cancellation, all reservations are guaranteed a full refund minus $100 for banking and processing fee’s outside of the cancellation date agreed upon in your rental agreement. Reservations cancelled within the cancellation date, reservation date will receive no refund. Please check the cancellation policy for the property you are interested in reserving in our Rental Policy page. The cancellation policy changes depending on the property and the time of year you are reserving for.

    How Do I Access The Vacation Rental?

    Altez Vacations will send you arrival instructions within one week prior to your arrival date. The arrival instructions will include directions to the property, as well as instructions on accessing the property. Once inside the property. please see the home Welcome Compendium, that will provide you with all the information you will need for the home and surrounding area.

    How Can I Become An Owner?

    Do you have a vacation home that you would love to share? We would love to hear from you! Please, feel free to use the inquiry form found on our “Owners’ page to send us an inquiry regarding your vacation property. You may also email us directly at Info@altezvacations.com.     How Can I Become A Guest?

    Please click on our “Destinations” link in the header of our website. Our Destinations page will provide you with list of our current properties available arranged by location and the dates of stay you have selected. When creating a reservation, our secure online booking portal will guide you through our simple reservation process.
