An Owners Perspective
I decided to do a trial run and allow Altez Vacations to manage the Aerie as a lease/rental property. To my surprise and pleasure, I have never seen the Aerie kept in better condition. Altez Vacations hires only the best staff to care for the Aerie and also lease to responsible parties who have treated the property with great respect and appreciation. In addition, I have found the representatives of Altez Vacations to be courteous and highly responsive when I have had occasion to interact with them.
