Serenity Condo is Dog-Friendly for 1 Dog of 50lbs or fewer pounds or two dogs with a combined weight of 50 pounds. An additional $35/night/pet will be charged as a pet fee. Guests with Pets must sign the Pet Waiver.
PARKING: Guest parking is limited to 1 car. Unless otherwise authorized. Cars must be parked in designated parking spaces and may not block the street or sidewalks. Cars may not park on the street.

- Unauthorized vehicles may be towed.

The Beachfront Suites is a stand-alone tri-plex. The building is three stories with each floor as its own unit. The Serenity Beach Condo is located on the 2nd floor.
