Pet Policy

Guests are allowed up to 2 dogs up to 50lbs per dog. A pet fee of $35/night/pet will be applied to the reservation. Guests are responsible for the continued oversight and care of their pets.

Pets cannot be left in the property unattended.

Guests will be held financially responsible for any damages caused by their pets. This may include excessive hair and/or stains left on furnishings.

Guests must pick up after their pets. An additional $100 cleaning fee will be applied to for pet waste not cleaned at the property.

Nice condo, clean, easy walking distance to beach at north end of siesta, so it's less populated which was really nice. We cooked a couple times in the kitchen, it was stocked ok but could use a couple more things like a mixing bowl and a large serving spoon. The only prob we had was… + more

We cooked a couple times in the kitchen, it was stocked ok but could use a couple more things like a mixing bowl and a large serving spoon. The only prob we had was they only provide 2 rolls of toilet paper, (and 2 paper towels and only a couple garbage bags), so we ran out pretty quick. Had we known they supplied the small amounts we would hv picked up more to be prepared. Well we did not know there was noMore TP anywhere, so imagine running out of toilet paper, (thinking there would surely be more than that, in a closet somewhere), at 11:00 at night . I reached out to them and they said that they, like most rentals, provide you w 2 rolls, they said they would run some over to us but our family who was staying at another rental 10 min away, was already headed our way to save the day, w a roll from their rental (who provided twice that amount). I just think in general, and if not, at least for the price we paid a night, that they should at least let their renters know that there's only two rolls so that they don't use the restroom at 12 at night, thinking that surely there would be more rolls under the sink. It leaves you in kinda a predicament, not a high and dry situation, when you run out of toilet paper during the night lol.But overall nice place to stay

This was the perfect spot! An amazing location and the apartment was lovely. The inside spotless when we arrived, the kitchen was well equipped and furnishings were very comfortable. They also provided plenty of beach towels and equipment for enjoying a full day of fun in the sun on the beach. We all loved it!!! + more

Beautiful place. Newly remodeled. Needs more clarity in the listing about multi level and what you are actually renting. If you are on the bottom floor, you will hear everything from the guests above. Listing didn't make it clear it wasn't the whole structure. Very clean! Definitely will recommend.

This place was phenomenal! Not only was it very clean and looked exactly like the photos, it also had a ton of extras. A washer and dryer, a huge outdoor closet, including multiple coolers, beach, chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, surfboards, beach carts to carry all of your belongings and much much more! This place was phenomenal! Not only was it very clean and looked exactly like the photos, it also had a ton of extras. This place literally sits right on the beach. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone that is looking to visit Siesta Key!

The place was awesome. Decor and place felt like home. Very convenient, loved waking up and just walking to the beach with my early riser kids. We were able to see wild life like turtles and bunnies on the pathway. The tranquility of the place was exactly what I needed for Father's Day weekend. + more

I was beyond impressed with how both this property and Siesta Key have rebounded.First, the location is ideal. It is a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for us since we had children along. Communication with the host of the VRBO was prompt, and any concerns were quickly addressed. The amenities were well thought out, and the rooms were beautifully staged.The patio door was difficult to open, but after speaking with the owner, I understand that this issue is being addressed.Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend it
