Altez Vacations is committed to the safety and well-being of its guests.  As such we have adopted additional cleaning procedures to ensure that all of our properties are fully sanitized in between guest stays. All of our homes are Altez Certified and meet the Altez Vacations Diamond Standards of cleanliness and quality listed on our Web-Site.  In addition, we are following CDC, the State of Florida, and Sarasota County guidelines. The Surfside Condo is Dog-Friendly for 1 Dog of 50lbs or fewer pounds or two dogs with a combined weight of 50 pounds. An additional $100 cleaning pet fee and $500 Refundable Damage Deposit will be applied for guests with pets. Guests with Pets must sign the Pet Waiver.

Altez Vacations is an acting third-party listing service, who has received the explicit permission from the Property Owner to publicly list and sign in to transient rental agreements on behalf of the Property Owner. 

**Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at the time of booking.
