The Siesta Woods Suite is a one bedroom, one bath suite located on the 1st floor of a private home duplex. The property features lush tropical landscaping as you walk-up to your private entrance. The suite has been fully renovated and features comfortable furniture with appealing tropical design. The suite provides a full stocked kitchenette and is perfect for those looking to explore many of the great dining options in the Sarasota area.

The Siesta Woods Suite is a ½ mile walk to the main Siesta Key Public beach. Other close by amenities include tennis courts, the Siesta Key Village, and the Siesta Key Trolley to take you to the other areas of Siesta Key. Beach bikes are available for rent upon request.

**Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at the time of booking.

**Reservations of 14 nights or fewer may be canceled and refunded up to 30 days before the start of the stay and will receive a 100% refund minus the $100 and 6% Credit Card Processing Fee. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Bookings canceled within the 14-day window are non-refundable. Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled and refunded up to 90 days prior to the check-in date. Bookings canceled at least 45 days before the check-in date are refundable up to 50%.  Bookings canceled within the 45-day window are non-refundable. Should a refund be issued, a refund check or a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees ($100 plus 6% Credit Card Processing Fee) will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.

A. Marlow’s Siesta House is approximately 1 mile down the road from the main public beach access, located at the intersection of Midnight Pass Rd and Beach Rd.

Q. How far away is the Siesta Key Village?

A. The Siesta Key Village is roughly 2 miles from the property. The best way to reach the village is either by bike or the free Siesta Key Trolley.

Q. Are there beach supplies included at the property?

A. Yes, we provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, and a pull cart to help bring everything down to the beach.
